Had a great experience with Middle GA Locksmith. I was having a generally rough day, but Michael and John made it much better by getting my house unlocked for me. I really appreciated Michael's calm, kind, and professional demeanor. Compassionate, helpful professionals was exactly what was needed. Thank you. Would recommend.

I woke up to realize I locked myself out my car. I came to google to find a locksmith and came across Middle GA Locksmith. I call their number and a nice lady answered and took my number, name, and address and gave the information to a technician then told me i would get a call in 5-10 minutes. 7 minutes later, I got a call from Thomas and he said he would be at my house in 15-20 minutes. I hear him pull up in the driveway and go outside. He immediately began to open the locked car door. He was done within 5 minutes. I would recommend to a friend. Thank you guys.

Would not recommend this company , they definitely are all about money ,they charge $25 service fee to come out but before coming out they call you to tell you what they are going to do when they get there and how much extra it will be and if that doesnt work you still have to pay a portion of $150.00 they are very desperate for money.They try and get extra money out of you before coming out to even see the problem. Also the supervisor is very rude and does not speak good English

I have a 2015 Chevy Malibu. The car key's button were missing. I called Middle Ga Locksmith and immediately talked to a customer service rep. Within about 15 minutes I was contacted by their representative by the name of Michael. When he arrived, his attitude was very polite and professional. He immediately started working on my car key to make the needed copy. In about 30 minutes, he discovered that the key he programmed to my car didn't work and he informed me that he would have to go back to the office to get another key to see if it would work. He was upfront about the time it would take for him to come back and bring the key and make sure it works and as promised he came back and the key worked perfectly! I wish I could rate 10 stars because the experience was very professional and courteous! Thanks so Much Mr. Michael!

I lost my only set of car keys - I waited six (yes 6!) weeks to finally call a Locksmith because I thought that it would be WAY out of my price range. However, I finally called - the Technician (Josh) was at my house within an hour and a half!! He was very friendly, professional and quick!! Even better their price was unbeatable! Definitely give them a call, if you ever have a lock-out, need repairs, etc... They're Awesome!!
